In Chapter 6, Customizing Dynamics 365 CE, while discussing customization, we learned how we can customize the site map. By changing the site map, we can provide a personalized experience for end users. We can remove site map areas that are not required by the customer. For example, if the sales department only uses the sales area, other areas can be hidden from that department. Dynamics 365 CE now allows us to create custom apps that can also be used to define tailored apps for users.
