To administer Exchange Online, go to http://portal.office.com and select the Admin option, then go to Admin centers | Exchange, as in the following screenshot:

If you are already in your on-premises Exchange, you have the Office 365 tab on the top, as seen in the following screenshot:

Select Office 365 to go directly to Exchange Online administrative center.
