Changing management in Office 365

To use adoption in Office 365, you will also need to change management to take your service to the next level. You need to use some strategies to maximize your results, such as the following:

  • Engagement events
  • Communication
  • Training

Keep in mind the more communications, events, and training sessions that you organize, the more likely your colleagues will engage with Office 365 during the project launch and afterward.

In order to drive awareness and excitement, do the following:

  • Show people what's in it for them
  • Clearly communicate goals and milestones
  • Tailor your language and target your audience

The preceding quote explains that if we provide the right tools to users to make them more productive they will be more motivated to use and learn new technologies.

Create a campaign wherein all users are involved. It is crucial that all users see the advantages of new services and how to be more productive. It is advised that your campaign should have many types of communication, such as newsletters, training sessions, emails, flyers, and events, both in person as well as online.
