Administering SharePoint Online

To administer SharePoint Online, as described earlier, you can go to your admin URL at, for example, https://yourtenantname-admin.sharepoint.com. In the SharePoint Online admin center, you have a variety of tools that you can use to set your options according to the needs of your organization. For instance, this is where you can configure tenant settings and implement a hybrid SharePoint. In the admin center, you can configure several components:

    • Change Permissions
    • Change Storage
  • Manage and configure features:
    • InfoPath
    • User profiles:
      • People
      • Organizations
      • My Site settings
    • Business Connectivity Services
    • Term Store
    • Records Management
    • Search
    • Secure Store
    • Apps
    • Sharing
    • General Settings
    • Configure Hybrid
    • Access Control

With these options in the admin center, you can configure your settings based on the requirements of your organization.
