Implementing Microsoft Teams

Using Microsoft Teams is an easy way to be more productive on a daily basis. You can use Microsoft Teams to interact with people inside and outside of your organization, by creating a team and creating channels.

With this new way to collaborate, you can have conversations, files, channels, SharePoint pages, mentions, calls, video calls, chats, planners, emails, OneNote notebooks, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks, and more, all dedicated to your team or channel in just one place.

To be more productive on a daily basis, we need to focus on the tasks that are related to our team or project in one place. With all the different tools that we use to collaborate, it is difficult to find the information if we use several channels to communicate, for example, email, chat, and file sharing.

When you use Microsoft Teams, you can have your data spread across different technologies and devices, and access it all on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, or the internet.

These new technologies will allow you to have more time to concentrate on other things, such as creating new projects, adopting new technologies, and becoming more productive. Microsoft Teams helps organizations to build a better world!

In the following figure, you can see where Microsoft Teams fits in your organization:

Microsoft Teams is the digital transformation of an open space, office environment that
adopts easy connections with people, and it helps each other to work together and build relationships using new technologies and a new way of collaboration.
