In the site collections pane, you have the following options;

• Create: To create a new site collection, click on the New drop-down, then select Private Site Collection, and follow the instructions based on the type of site that you need:

• Manage: To manage a site, select a site and choose from options such as Properties, Owners, Sharing, and Storage Quota to change its properties as you see fit:

• Delete: To delete a site collection, select it and click on the Delete button. When you click Delete, the following message will be shown stating that you have 30 days to recover the site from the recycle bin:
