    Consider a team that you are part of and complete the Team Effectiveness Assessment form at www.mindtools.com. Submit the form and examine the summary for your score. Do you agree with the analysis of your team’s dynamics? Use the material following the score interpretation to spark useful discussion in your team. What action steps can you take personally and as a group to become more effective?
