Power Automate

Power Automate (previously known as Microsoft Flow) is an online workflow service that automates actions across the most common apps and services. Power Automate is built on top of Logic Apps and has the same workflow designer and connector experience. Power Automate is designed for superusers or analysts to perform simple integrations or design a simple document workflow without going through developers or IT. 

Power Automate directly integrates with many Microsoft cloud and business productivity tools such as SharePoint Online and One Drive for Business, as well as other Office 365 products, which make it perfect for common business processes and workflows. For example, the product information manager can use SharePoint online to maintain the price list and then use Power Automate to get approval and update this in Finance and Operations. In another example, the sales manager, who is using business events, can create a workflow in Power Automate so that they're notified when a new priority sales order is created but the inventory isn't available so that they can take the appropriate action promptly.
