In the configure phase, the implementation team should address the following milestones:

• A representative configuration of the business flow in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
• Sample data migration
• Demonstration scripts and videos
• High-level hands-on exercises

After acceptance of the prototype, any gaps, interfaces, or reports can be undertaken in the development phase.
