Changing the order of buttons on the Quick Access Toolbar
You can change the order of the buttons on the OneNote 2013 Quick Access Toolbar to place them where they’re most convenient for you. Especially if you’ve placed many buttons on the toolbar, changing the order can help you locate buttons.
Change the order of buttons on the Quick Access Toolbar

On the Quick Access Toolbar, click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar button.

On the menu that appears, click More Commands.

Select the button for which you want to change the order.

Click the Move Up (or Move Down) button as many times as necessary to place the button where you want it to be.

Click OK.
