Deleting a section
Delete a section when you no longer need it. When you delete a section, all the pages in that section are deleted as well. Sections you delete are placed in the Recycle Bin in case you want to resuscitate them.
You can delete only one section at a time. When you delete a section, its tab is removed from the top of the OneNote 2013 window. Be careful when deleting sections. The only way to restore a deleted section is to fish it from the Recycle Bin. You can’t click Undo to restore a section you deleted.
Delete a section

In the Notebooks pane, right-click the name of a section.

In the shortcut menu that appears, click Delete.
