To make data fit more snugly in a table, it’s sometimes necessary to change the width of columns and make them narrower or wider. You can do that by dragging column borders.
The only way to change the height of rows is to enlarge the text in a table. OneNote makes each row tall enough to accommodate its tallest entry. By enlarging the text, you also enlarge the row height.
Hover the pointer over the right border of the column whose width you want to change.
When the two-headed arrow cursor appears, drag to the left (to narrow the column) or the right (to widen it).
