Renaming a ribbon tab or group
Are some ribbon tabs and group names not descriptive enough for you? You can rename ribbon tabs and groups and give them names that make it easier for you to recognize them and locate the commands they offer. You can rename any tab or group.
Rename a ribbon tab or group

Right-click any tab name on the ribbon. On the shortcut menu that appears, click Customize The Ribbon.

In the Customize The Ribbon window of the OneNote Options dialog box, in the Customize The Ribbon section on the right, select the ribbon tab or group that you want to rename. To see a group, click the expand button next to the tab with the group you want to rename.

Click Rename.

In the Rename dialog box, enter a new name and click OK.

In the OneNote Options dialog box, click OK.
