Resizing and deleting lines and shapes

As you fashion a OneNote illustration from lines and shapes, you often have to resize the lines and shapes. Sometimes, you have to delete a line or shape, as well.

To change the size of a line or shape, drag one of its handles. By dragging a corner handle, you can retain a shape’s proportions as you change its size.

Resize lines and shapes

  1. On the ribbon, click the Draw tab.

  2. In the Tools group, click Type or Lasso Select.

  3. Select a shape.

  4. Move the pointer over a handle. When you see the double-arrow pointer, start dragging. Drag inward to make the shape smaller; drag outward to enlarge it.
