One way to search for notes that you haven’t read is to show only notes in a specific timeframe. For example, you can direct OneNote to show only notes written or edited in the past week. In this way, you can focus on notes that matter to you.
The History tab offers the Recent Edits button for finding notes by timeframe.
On the ribbon, click the History tab.
In the Authors group, click Recent Edits.
On the menu that appears, click a timeframe.
Click a page name to view its contents.
Click the Recent Edits button and choose All Pages Sorted by date to get a list of all pages and the dates on which they were last edited in the Search Results task pane.
To learn how to search different parts of a notebook with the Search Results pane, read Searching a section, section group, or notebook.
