There are set of tools present in the RViz toolbar for manipulating the 3D viewport. The toolbar is present on the top of RViz. There are tools present for interacting with the robot model, modifying camera view, giving navigation goals, and giving robot 2D pose estimations. We can add our own custom tools on the toolbar in the form of plugins.
