Time for reflection

The Adobe Connect Pro meeting room system uses the Adobe Flash Player to render and control the screen and the camera/microphone. As part of the "requirement" analysis, you will need to consider if everyone can use Flash, and if so, this virtual meeting room solution is a good addition to Moodle.

As shown the module provides options to set the different roles from within Moodle. How would you use these roles? Are there times when someone other than the trainer or teacher would be given Presenter rights or Host rights? How would you set it up to have a group collaborate together on a plan?

Have a go hero - creating more rooms

You are requested to organise a mini in-house training day on a number of different specialist topics which will have attendees from both on-site and remote locations. You need to set up a course which will provide local users access to materials and the ability to interact with other specialists in their area. How would you go about setting up the Moodle course or courses to achieve this? How would the Adobe Connect Meeting module fit into the equation, and what new options does it provide?
