Embedded Elements: Using File Upload Controls

A file upload control needs to be embedded if Web users are to be allowed to add attachments to documents. File Upload controls are for Web use only, but after a file is attached to a document, the attached file can be launched or detached from either client—Notes or Web.

To add a File Upload control to a form, place your cursor where you want the Upload to appear and select Create, Embedded element, File Upload control.
