External sharing options for primary calendars

Here, we define the policies for sharing calendar information outside the organization. Select the option that best suits the team's needs:

  • Only free/busy information (hide event details): People will only be able to see if the person is busy or available
  • Share all information, but outsiders cannot change calendars: All calendar information will be available but only for reading
  • Share all information, and outsiders can change calendars: All calendar information will be available and anyone can make changes
  • Share all information, and allow managing of calendars: Allows users to see all information, make changes, and manage sharing
