Enabling User email uploads will allow members of your domain to use ShuttleCloud to import emails and contacts from previous accounts from Yahoo!, Hotmail, AOL, and also webmail and POP3 mailing services. This will greatly simplify migrating email accounts for your team if needed.

At the moment, ShuttleCloud is the only officially supported option to import emails from previous accounts:
