In the Grant access to your account section, you will see a list of emails with access to your account. If you wish to remove one of them, simply hover over the email and click the delete sign next to it:

You can now tell your users how to grant or remove access to their accounts while they are on scheduled time off. 

Depending on where the organization is based the users might prefer different naming conventions, in the next section we will explore how to adjust this.
