Drive holds allow administrators to create holds that target all the files within a user's account or an entire organization.
To define a Drive hold, follow these easy steps:
- At the User section, select which of the following you wish to target:
- Define the targeted Accounts in a comma-separated list:

- Select the Organization you wish to target on the drop-down menu:
- Click Save to apply the hold
