Unified Skin
The Unified Skin tool is found in the Tool menu. Unified Skin
rebuilds the actual object and tries to correct the hard edges, espe-
cially the results of the MultiMarker tool. Figure 11-76 shows a
polymesh object before and after applying Unified Skin.
Unified Skin has a few parameters that
control the amount of smoothness and
level of resolution. Be aware that a high
Resolution setting creates a larger number
of polygons.

Figure 11-79: The Rake brush was inspired by the traditional sculpting tools
it emulates and is great for shaping and defining general forms.
Figure 11-80: The Gouge brush is a nice tool for subtracting “clay” from the
model. It is similar to the Rake.
Figure 11-81: The ClayTubes brush is an excellent tool for blocking shapes
and adding “clay” to the model.
