Pass-Through Mode
Another useful property you may set for your object is the
“pass-through” or “x-ray” mode. Not all 3D applications have it, but
in some circumstances it can be very useful, such as when you’re
modeling a complex robot with a lot of mechanical parts inside it. It
is also useful when rigging your character or in a situation where
you need to see through a shaded mesh.
