Push the vertices a little more and the finger is ready to be
duplicated.
Using the same process as with the male hand, make three dupli-
cates of the finger and reshape them according to the reference.
Delete the corresponding part of the palm and merge the fingers, as
shown in Figures 8-43 and 8-44.

Cut two extra rings to improve the tension of the base joint.
The hand is starting to take a good shape, but it needs more work
on the palm and the thumb so we continue cutting the marked
edges.
The topology refinement shown in Figures 8-47 and 8-48 is pretty
similar to what we did with the male hand.

marked edges in the center to add more tension for the thumbnail.
