We cut the marked edge and extrude to the side.
Extrude up the marked edge and weld the vertices, then cut again.
This gives us two matching polygons to use to extrude the edge and
weld the vertices.

With the polygons around the nose starting to take shape, we select
the marked vertex.
Push the vertex forward to match the nose in the reference sheet.
We can then continue extruding lateral and discontinued edges to
complete the maxilla (upper jaw) shape.
Select the marked edge and extrude to fit the maxilla to the chin in
the reference.

Use the same process and close the lower part of the maxilla and
the chin.
Now we can close the back of the basic head using the edge extru-
sion technique.
We extrude the back of the neck once and cut to give us more verti-
ces to control when we reshape the head later.

Cut the marked edge, following the flow to improve the tension of
the targeted polygons. Then remove the triangle polygon generated
by this process by cutting the marked area and removing the dashed
line.
By extruding and welding the near vertices we start to build the
neck and the bottom of the maxilla.
Select the marked edges and extrude them down; these will be the
base mesh for the neck.

The last polygon on the border of the ear hole needs to be closed.
Simply extrude the marked edge and weld the vertices.
Now we cut the marked edges and remove the dashed lines to pre-
vent future topology problems we may have with the ear.
With the base mesh of the head already closed, we start adding
edges following the earlier established flow.
