IA32 Page Lookup Method
The method described in the previous section (“Third Method: Index into a Selected Small Table” on page 217) is the one implemented by post- 286 processors. The pre-386 processors did not have paging capability. The sections that follow provide a detailed description of the IA32 paging method.
