The first tool in your toolbox for quickly changing the shape of something manually is the Direct Selection Tool ([A]; solid arrowhead icon in the Toolbar). Simply choose it from the Toolbar and click on your frame. You can now click on any point on the frame and move it independently from the other points. When a point is selected, it will change from a small white point to a blue one. You can select more than one point at any time by pressing-and-holding the Shift key while you select your points.
