Share My Libraries with Others?

image

Once you have created a library, you can share it with other CC users. Depending on the type of access you give them, they will be able to view, use, edit, and/or rename the library. If a folder is shared with you, then you can also pass it on and share it with another user. Be careful what you share and receive, and always check the licensing on files. To share a library in your CC Libraries panel, select a library from the pop-up menu near the top (below the Search field), and then open the panel menu and choose Collaborate. An internet browser will open up to an Adobe page where you can provide an email address and message for the person with whom you want to share the library. Choose Can edit or Can view from the pop-up menu at the bottom of the dialog, and then click Invite. The person will receive an invite to the library via email (see the next tip to find out how to accept a shared library). Until that person accepts the invitation, they’ll be listed under “Pending” in your invite dialog.
