If you have multiple documents open in InDesign, it’s easy to switch between them. There are a few ways to do so, but the quickest is to press Command-` (PC: Ctrl-`). (The ` character is located on the same key as the ~ character.) You can also open the Window menu—where a list of currently open InDesign documents is displayed at the bottom—and select the one you wish to view. The document currently being viewed has a check mark next to its name. A third method is to click on the tab near the top of the workspace that contains the name of the document you wish to view.
