Add New Colors from My Document to My Swatches Panel?

Let’s say you started adding some new objects into your document and applied a different color to each object. After a while you may have added a few new colors to your document and then think “dang, I need to add all these to my Swatches panel.” Fear not, just open the Swatches panel menu and choose Unnamed Colors, and those new colors will automatically be added to your Swatches panel. They will be named with their color values, but you can always rename them.
