Rename a Swatch?

What if you already have a color value–named swatch and you want to give it a descriptive name instead? Or maybe you have a swatch with a descriptive name and you just want to change it. Double-click on the swatch to open the Swatch Options dialog, and then enter a new name in the Swatch Name field. If your swatch is currently named with its color value, you’ll need to uncheck the Name with Color Value option to enable the Swatch Name field. Click OK to save the new name. You can also just click once on the swatch to select it, and then click on its name again to open a text field right in the Swatches panel. Type in a new name and press Return (PC: Enter) to save it.
