Check the Word Count of My Document?
You can quickly check the word count of your document in the Info panel. Go to Window > Info to open the panel, and at the bottom of the panel you will see the number of characters, words, lines, and paragraphs in your text. You can leave this panel open as you work, and it will update as you type.
