Create a CC Library?

image

Libraries are one of my favorite features in Adobe CC applications. The beauty of libraries is that you can save images, color swatches, text styles, and other elements created in the various Creative Cloud desktop and mobile apps in a library, and then you can access these elements across all of the apps at any time. Go to Window > CC Libraries to open the panel. If this is the first time you are using Libraries, then you won’t have any assets or folders set up, so the first thing you need to do is create a new library. To do this, open the pop-up menu near the top of the panel (below the Search field) and select + Create New Library at the bottom of the menu. You can see in the example image above that I already have multiple libraries, but I can always add more. Type a name for your library into the Create New Library field, and then click on Create. You’ll notice that your new library is now selected in the pop-up menu near the top of the panel, and you can start adding assets to it. You can make multiple libraries for different projects.
