Name a Swatch with Its Color Value?

When you create a new color swatch, you have two options for naming it. The first is to name your new swatch with its color value by putting a check mark next to Name with Color Value (this is the default option) in the New Color Swatch dialog. Click OK, and your new swatch will be added to the Swatches panel with its color value as its name.
