Change the Corners of My Shape?

One quick way to transform a shape is to use the Convert Point options (also known as anchor points—if you use Illustrator you’ll be familiar with anchor points) to change the corners of the shape. For example, if you want to make a corner of your polygon shape more rounded, select the point on that corner and go to Object > Convert Point > Smooth (or Symmetrical). This is just a quick tip, but it could be useful sometimes, especially when you want a shape that is more rounded than the standard shapes and you want to convert it quickly. If you are familiar with the Pen Tool (P), you’ll find that having Smooth and Corner points makes a difference in how you would change the shape with the Pen Tool.
